Description

This role is responsible for strengthening Aksharshala’s subscription ecosystem by planning, executing, and optimizing subscription funnels across schools, parents, and communities. You will analyze user behavior, design subscription journeys, coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, and oversee monthly growth targets. This position demands a results-oriented mindset, a strong understanding of the education space, and the ability to craft personalised subscription strategies for both B2B (schools) and B2C (parents) markets.


Desired Profile

We seek someone who enjoys data-driven decision-making, understands subscription models, and has experience in growth marketing or product marketing. A candidate with experience in ed-tech, print subscriptions, or digital subscription systems will be ideal. Creativity, analytical thinking, and persistence are key strengths for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for increasing school and parent subscriptions.
  • Analyse user engagement and retention metrics
  • Work with marketing teams to create subscription campaigns.
