Description

The position of School Outreach Executive at Aksharshala is designed for a candidate who thrives in dynamic, child-centric environments and understands the impact that well-executed school partnerships can create. The candidate will serve as the primary representative of Aksharshala, visiting schools, meeting with administrators, and building meaningful, long-term relationships that help introduce children to the world of creative learning, writing, and educational experiences. This role involves continuous travel across assigned regions, active engagement with school decision-makers, and a genuine passion for working around educators, children, and learning communities. The candidate will be expected to communicate Aksharshala’s programs confidently, understand the needs of diverse schools, and ensure smooth coordination between our internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

This role will require the candidate to plan, execute, and track school outreach activities while ensuring that every school engagement reflects the ethos of Aksharshala. The candidate must be able to design tailored pitches for each school, maintain communication records, and work closely with the operations team for smooth project delivery.

  • Visiting schools and conducting meetings with principals and coordinators
  • Presenting Aksharshala programs to decision-makers
  • Creating outreach plans for new regions and upcoming campaigns
  • Coordinating school visits, workshops, and events
  • Maintaining accurate reports of school interactions and conversions
  • Ensuring a professional and positive brand representation at all times
