This role ensures that parents and teachers feel valued, informed, and actively involved in Aksharshala’s programs. You will manage engagement groups, handle parent communication, coordinate feedback loops, conduct virtual sessions, and support community-driven initiatives. The position demands empathy, clarity of communication, and the ability to manage diverse audiences across digital platforms.

We seek someone who enjoys people interaction, community management, and building trust through consistent communication. Prior experience in parent engagement, school communication roles, or customer support in education will be useful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage parent and teacher WhatsApp/Telegram communities.
• Organise engagement sessions, Q&A rounds, and informative meets
• Address concerns regarding the newspaper, contests, or workshops.
• Develop community-building content and update.
• Maintain a warm, supportive relationship with all stakeholders.
